Self adhering Wound Photo Guide designed to visually scale the size of a wound for photography. The guides are a single use item. Separate stick figure label aligns wound in the photograph head to toe to the body. Separate note label is large enough to write patient information (Date, Location and ID number). Tab provided to be placed in the chart next to the picture to show color/size reference if needed.
