The ruler photo guide is for the linear shaped wound. Ruler has unique color standardized bars at 5cm increments up to 25cm.
Self adhering Wound Photo Guide designed to viually scale the size of a wound for photography. The guides are a single use item. Separate stick figure label aligns wound in the photograph head to toe to the body. Separate note label is large enough to write patient information (Date, Location and ID number). Tab provided to be placed in the chart next to the picture to show color/size reference if needed.
